Shipping & returns

The collection is currently a preview. We are confirming the finished garments and delivery details before opening orders.

Each piece will be finished to order. Product-specific production and dispatch estimates will be published before checkout opens.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be shown before you pay. Delivery estimates will include production time separately from the parcel's transit time.

The initial release is planned for delivery to United States addresses. International delivery is not available yet.

Once orders open, we'll send tracking when your parcel ships. If tracking stalls, the delivery estimate passes or a parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

If dispatch is delayed, we'll explain the revised timing and your cancellation or refund options. Please contact us promptly about a missing shipment; you do not need to wait for a returns deadline.

Each piece is finished after purchase. Made-to-order purchases are final sale for a change of mind or choosing the wrong size: we do not offer returns, refunds or size exchanges for those reasons.

Wrong item, misprint, damage or defect: email your order number and a photo of the issue to support@wearvspr.com as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery. You still have 30 days from delivery to report these issues. We'll review the problem with our production partner and confirm the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide any approved return instructions; the sender address on your parcel should not be used as a return address without our confirmation. This policy does not exclude help with missing shipments or limit your legal rights.

Exact garment measurements and fit notes will be published before orders open. Please compare them with a piece you already wear before choosing your size.
